The generosity and dedication of our community never fail to inspire us. Thanks to a remarkable response from crafters and volunteers across Burntwood, we have officially collected enough poppies for our upcoming Armistice display.

Every single poppy represents time, care, and reflection, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who picked up their needles and thread to contribute to this project 🙏

Handing In Completed Poppies

While we have met our full target for the display setup, we do not want any of your hard work to go to waste. If you have completed poppies ready to hand in, we are still more than happy to accept them so they can take their place alongside the rest.

Join Us at Princes Park

A display like this is built by the community, for the community. We warmly invite everyone who contributed or supported the appeal to join us to honor the day together:

  • Event: Remembrance Sunday Service & Display
  • Location: Princes Park
  • Date: Sunday, 8th November

Thank you once again for your fantastic support and community spirit. We look forward to seeing you at Princes Park as we gather to remember together.
