The Burntwood Action Group would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and supported our Christmas Carol event this past Saturday night.

Despite the winter chill, the atmosphere was incredibly warm as we gathered to share cakes, drink hot chocolate, and enjoy some mulled wine. It was a fabulous night enjoyed by all, made even better by the turnout of our wonderful local residents.

Special Thanks We were delighted to be joined by Dave Robertson MP, Cllr Andrew Clissett, and Cllr Darren Ennis. Thank you for taking the time to come down and support the work we do here in Burntwood.

We must also thank the Lichfield Tuneless Choir for providing the soundtrack to the evening. The night was filled with laughter and song, and you truly made the event sparkle.

Behind the Scenes Events like this don’t happen by magic. To our dedicated team of volunteers—you know who you are—thank you. From decorating the park to organising the logistics on the night, your hard work created a beautiful setting for us all to enjoy.

A Note on Our Chairman Finally, a very special thank you and “get well soon” goes to Vic, the BAG Chairman. Vic was the driving force behind the planning and sorting of this event. Unfortunately, due to illness, he had to sit this one out.

Vic is on the mend now, but he is devastated to have missed the festivities after putting in so much preparation. Vic, we appreciate everything you did to make Saturday happen!
